Domingos Soares
Dr. Soaresis trainer and researcher of Instituto Nacional de Saúde, Timor-Leste. He also is a teacher of Instituto Superior Cristal, supporting in term of the teaching and learning for nursing and midwifery department, support rector cabinet to develop strategies plan, academic regulation , internal need analysis, vocal point setup the international relationship and others. He attended a lots of international conference and delivered valuable speech. His research interests including health policy and management, soft skills training and development, gender based violence and sexual harassment, medicine and engineering.
